The Experience, Skills, and Abilities needed or Required: High School diploma/GED required with 6+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a hospital/clinical setting (e.g., OR, SPD, hospital operations, or medical device); additional experience in account management, reporting/analysis, sales, training, or customer-facing support may be considered; associate's degree or 2-year technical training strongly preferred. At STERIS and within its customers, the primary responsibility of the Perioperative Support Liaison is to provide integrated clinical and technical on-site Customer support, consultation, and management of medical devices (surgical instruments/devices, video equipment, and other STERIS capital equipment).
