Qualifications & Skills: • 2+ years of field service experience supporting electronic, mechanical, or laboratory instrumentation preferred • Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or other scientific or technical field preferred • Ability to travel up to 80% to customer sites, including overnight travel, based on business and customer needs • Experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic and mechanical instrumentation in laboratory, medical device, diagnostic, manufacturing, or related technical environments • Experience reading and interpreting technical documentation, including schematics, assembly drawings, and wiring diagrams • Experience supporting laboratory instrumentation, networked equipment, or Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) preferred • Ability to participate in an on-call rotation schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to support customer service requirements • Ability to travel to customer sites on short notice and remain onsite as needed to complete service activities • Ability to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on customer and business needs • Ability to carry a company-issued or personal mobile phone and be reachable during assigned on-call coverage periods • Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds • Valid driver's license required.
