The role will lead formulation and materials selection, 3D printing and fabrication of drug-loaded constructs and implantable device prototypes, in vitro characterization (physicochemical properties, drug loading, release kinetics, stability, and performance testing), and preclinical study planning and data interpretation, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate concepts into validated prototypes. • The ideal candidate pairs strong wet-lab execution across biochemical and cell-based systems with computational tools who can design high-quality experiments, interpret multidimensional outputs with translational relevance.
