We are hiring for the 2026 season! Contractor Services, Inc. (CSI) is a traffic control company based in North Platte, Nebraska. Our service area includes central Nebraska to the panhandle and eastern Colorado.CSI provides traffic control services, roadway and airport pavement marking, pavement marking removals, temporary barrier rail, temporary signals, message boards and other smart zone equipment. CSI is a fast-growing company looking for employees that are ready to grow with us.We need operators in North Platte, NE.Safety is the most important part of a construction project. CSI employees will help create a safe work zone by installing traffic control devices on roadway construction projects.Water Blaster Truck Operator / Laborer will operate high-pressure water blasting equipment for cleaning and removing pavement markings from highways. You will need to have a strong understanding of truck operation, water blasting techniques, and a commitment to safety in hazardous environments. This role requires travel to various job sites, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. They are responsible for maintaining the correct paperwork and logs in regulation with their CDL Class B license.Abilities/Skills:<ul><li>Follow the Safety handbook.</li><li>Must be at least 23 years of age.</li><li>Clean driving record.</li><li>Operator requires Class B CDL license (endorsements preferred but not required).</li><li>Conduct yourself as a professional with co-workers and public.</li><li>Work away from home.</li><li>Report to work at the designated start time.</li><li>Work overtime.</li><li>Work outside in all-weather conditions.</li><li>Be a team player.</li><li>Lift 80+ lbs.</li><li>Communicate well with others.</li><li>Willingness to learn, new hires will be trained in classroom and on the job.</li></ul>This is a position that requires safety to be put first, as you will be working near traffic and other contractors.
