As a Draft Beer Quality Technician (DQT), you are responsible for ensuring local bars/restaurants serve the highest quality pints of draft beer. A typical day will be visiting customer locations to keep their draft beer systems clean and serving great beer as well as building relationships with managers, owners, and bartenders.No previous experience is required as we provide training on draft beer system operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.Qualifications:<ul><li class="p1">High School Diploma or GED</li><li class="p1">At least 18 years of age</li><li class="p1">Valid drivers license</li><li class="p1">Able to lift 50+ lbs</li><li class="p1">Hands-on/quick learner</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>A benefits package valued at more than $10k*. Candidates for this position can expect it to be very hands-on and mechanically based - but we provide you will all the ongoing training, tools, and resources you need to be successful!Strong customer service skills are expected in this position as employees communicate with customers directly regarding assigned installations, timelines, route coverage, etc.Position Requirements<ul><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Excellent customer service skills</li><li>Working knowledge of draft beer systems (preferred but not required)</li><li>Mechanically/technically inclined (preferred but not required)</li><li>Be results-driven and self-motivated</li><li>Cicerone certification is required of all current AHFP employees</li></ul>Position Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist with route coverage when needed including AM accounts and venues.</li><li>Carry out quarterly preventive maintenance (PM) contracts</li><li>Attend the necessary facilities to become Micro Matic certified if requested.</li><li>Attend, as assigned, all other training deemed necessary by AHFP.</li><li>Work with and provide training to other employees</li><li>Maintain effective and professional working relationships with assigned accounts, sales representatives, and draft tech department personnel</li><li>Effectively manage all equipment to include care and maintenance and inventory of assigned equipment and tools</li><li>Manage the draft service tech vehicle in accordance to all AHFP policy</li><li>Additional duties may include line cleaning and other non-billable services as dictated by the demands of the market</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>A benefits package valued at more than $10k*.
