The ideal candidate would be responsible for performing daily "check calls" on loads in transit, handling customer related issues and inquiries, and originating the necessary documentation for freight bills. Pricing Strategy: Gain up-to-date personal knowledge of market freight rates in order to determine a "fair" price to pay trucks and charge shippers.

In addition, this position will provide education and motivation to broker agents, concerning the sales of MercyCare products and Mercy Health services, responsible for direct internal sales of MercyCare products, and will also assist in the marketing outreach efforts to the group and individual market. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for our agents, brokers, and clients, ensuring satisfaction with insurance products and services while helping clients understand coverage options, renewals, claims processes, and compliance requirements.
