Assist with national sales opportunities including but not limited to presenting offerings to clients and brokers in finalist and other presentations, managing the RFP process for large case opportunities, working with underwriting and other internal teams to create attractive offers for prospective clients, and assisting with account implementations to ensure customer experience expectations are met and exceeded. Coordinates with Premier Broker team to solve escalations for brokers and/or clients that may arise; assist with existing accounts as necessary, and emerging opportunities; Coordinate with team on target broker events and activities.
