DoFile & Transaction Management<ul><li>Oversee title and escrow work for residential transactions in assigned PLACE team pipelines</li><li>Manage a high-volume pipeline of files from opening through disbursement using internal reporting tools</li><li>Verify title clearance and readiness of files prior to closing</li><li>Review closing documents before and after signing to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance</li><li>Prepare settlement statements (CDs / ALTA / HUD) and balance closing figures and funds</li><li>Create disbursement packages and prepare files for timely funding</li></ul>Client & Agent Experience<ul><li>Serve as a primary escrow relationship for assigned PLACE teams and their clients</li><li>Provide proactive communication on transaction status, timelines, and next steps</li><li>Ensure a consistent and predictable closing experience for agents and clients</li><li>Respond quickly and professionally to questions from agents, lenders, clients, and internal teams</li><li>Anticipate potential issues early and manage expectations with transparency and confidence</li></ul>Team Relationship Ownership<ul><li>Serve as the primary escrow relationship partner for assigned PLACE teams</li><li>Build strong working relationships with team leadership, agents, and operations staff</li><li>Act as a consistent point of contact for scenarios</li></ul>Collaboration & Teamwork<ul><li>Partner closely with operations, title, client engagement, and notary coordination teams</li><li>Coordinate with internal support teams to ensure improvement</li></ul>Closings & Compliance<ul><li>Prepare transfer deeds where permitted by state regulations</li><li>Coordinate and support mobile notary closings</li><li>Conduct in person closings </li><li>Ensure compliance with applicable regulations including TRID, CFPB, RESPA, and state-specific requirements</li><li>Stay current on regulatory and industry changes impacting escrow and title operations</li></ul>What We're Looking ForExperience & Credentials<ul><li>5+ years of experience conducting residential escrow closings</li><li>Experience managing files independently from opening through closing</li><li>Active Escrow License or Title Producer License (or ability to obtain if required in your market)</li><li>Experience working in high-volume real estate
