Must have extensive knowledge of commercial building systems including chillers, boilers, Building Automation Systems (Siemens preferred), fire systems, pumping systems, cooling towers, HVAC equipment, electrical and electrical distribution, water treatment, domestic water systems, piping systems and all other related building systems. Good interpersonal skills are required when working with a diverse team consisting of the customer, contract specialist, contractor, financial manager, and other stakeholders.
