Commercial Systems Operations: Maintain a strong working knowledge of commercial building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety) to efficiently diagnose, repair, and perform routine maintenance across the facility and including replacing faucets, clearing minor drains, and repairing or winterizing basic fixtures. The Maintenance Technician will represent The Management Trust’s commitment to excellence by maintaining the physical integrity, safety, and aesthetic appeal of the community’s common areas, facilities, and shared amenities and engaging in respectful communication with coworkers and homeowners.
