Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, Building Sciences, Business or a related field AND six (6) years of related professional experience, including three (3) years of supervisory or management experience; OR, ten (10) years of related professional experience, including three (3) years of supervisory or management experience; OR, any equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities have been achieved. The Assistant Director supervises the Commissioning Manager and future QA/QC, Warranty, and LEED personnel and collaborates closely with Project Managers, Design Managers, contractors, consultants, operations personnel, and university stakeholders throughout project delivery and occupancy.
