The laboratory supervisor will be responsible for overseeing a busy blood bank/transfusion services department including (but not limited to) interviewing and hiring new staff, overseeing training, managing workflow, budgeting, assuring quality and regulatory affairs! For consideration, applicants must have at least a Bachelors Degree in Medical Technology (or related field) and ASCP Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT), Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS), Blood Bank (BB) or Specialist in Blood Bank (SBB).
