As an Associate Director,you will be an integral part of our People & Change practice,visioning, driving andleading thedelivery of people-focused transformation solutions with a strong emphasis onmanagingchange and transformationforlarge-scale ERP Platforms, such as Workday, Oracle and/or SAP S/4HANA.You will: Lead the growth and execution of the Change Managementcapabilityfrom pursuit through delivery, including designing tailored client solutions, defining scope and resource requirements aligned to client business challenges, developing concise and compelling Statements of Work, and ensuring seamless handoff from pursuit to project delivery. Lead day-to-day change managementcapabilitydelivery for ERP transformation programs, providing strategic and execution oversight across two or more core business functions, including Human Capital Management (HCM), Record to Report (RTR), Procure to Pay (PTP), Lean Warehouse Management (LWM), and Plan to Make (PTM), to drive stakeholder adoption, business readiness, and realization of transformation outcomes.
