p>With minimal supervision, the IT business systems analyst acts as a liaison between one or more business functions or departments, including but not limited to, business development, marketing, proposal management, contracts, program management, aftermarket, flight operations / flight testing, manufacturing, quality, logistics, finance, accounting, procurement, human resources, payroll, and resources from various information technology disciplines (e.g. infrastructure, operations, cybersecurity, applications, development, and continuous improvement) to ensure the four critical pillars of business analyses are accomplished effectively and efficiently: (1) IT Projects, (2) Applications & Systems Enhancements, (3) Break-fixes, and (4) Business Process Support, to provide business process and technology support that enables seamless business operations.
