Trauma Level: Facility Specific Job Notes: **Experience and Skills:** - CRRT experience preferred - Recent ECMO experience - Strong critical care experience in major academic medical centers - EPIC required - Successful placements typically have 3+ years of experience, previous travel experience, and have worked in busy hospitals in the past **Licensure and Certifications:** - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Certification - BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification - NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) Certification - License to submit is required **Additional Requirements:** - RN's need to be open to floating - Candidates need to be flexible on scheduling, no self-scheduling - Every other weekend (EOW) required **Educational Requirements:** - BSN not required **Care Setting:** - Unit deals with open heart surgery, transplants, and AAA - Busy/large Level 1 Trauma Center.
