Initiate and coordinate with other departments such as Engineering, Methods, Quality Assurance, Operations and other Material Logistics functions to resolve problems concerning delivery, component discrepancies, and lead times with internal and external suppliers. Harmonize, communicate, and resolve issues relating to internal and external suppliers not meeting schedule requirements, for example, capacity, scrap, component discrepancies, alternate methods and materials as well as schedule changes.
