This key position reports to the Chief People Officer and requires direct HR support to assigned functional organizations, proving expert HR guidance to Management and employees, conducting and managing moderate investigations and work with other Sr members on complex cases, and managing performance-related issues. Partners with business unit leaders to identify/address business drivers that may require org development/change; plan and execute organizational change initiatives.
