About the JobCutting Edge Irrigation & Lawns, LLC is hiring a full-time Landscape Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. This role combines sales leadership, estimating, and customer service, with a focus on residential and/or commercial landscape services. What you'll do<ul><li>Train, motivate, and manage a sales team</li><li>Monitor performance, develop sales strategies, and report on KPIs to senior management</li><li>Generate new business through leads, referrals, and proactive outreach</li><li>Meet with clients to assess landscape needs and recommend services</li><li>Prepare accurate estimates and proposals for landscape projects</li><li>Close sales and meet or exceed revenue goals</li><li>Manage and follow up on leads in a timely and professional manner</li><li>Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth project handoff</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with existing customers</li><li>Track sales activity to maintain records in CRM software</li><li>Represent the company professionally in the community</li></ul> Qualifications/Requirements<ul><li>Experience in landscape sales or related outdoor services</li><li>Strong knowledge of landscape services</li><li>CRM software experience</li><li>Ability to motivate, train, and develop a sales team</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills</li><li>Estimating or project management background</li><li>Ability to manage multiple leads and projects simultaneously</li><li>Self-motivated with strong time management skills</li><li>Valid driver's license</li></ul> Work Schedule<ul><li>Monday–Friday, starting around 7:30 AM</li><li>Hours vary depending on job load and weather</li></ul>Occasional Saturday work during peak season Pay & Benefits<ul><li>Competitive pay and commission structure: /year, based on experience</li><li>Dental, and vision insurance</li><li>$10,000 company-paid life insurance</li><li>Paid time off (PTO) + paid holidays</li><li>Safety program with performance-based awards</li><li>Company vehicle for work use (must have valid driver's license)</li></ul> Who we areCutting Edge Irrigation & Lawns, LLC is a family-owned business serving East Texas.
