Holiday Policy: Travelers are expected to work major holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Day, New Year's Eve/Day) based on assignment length – one holiday if one falls during assignment, both if two fall during assignment, or two of three if three fall during assignment. Skills required: ventilated patient care, central line management, IV sedation, emergency medications, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, phlebotomy, IV starts and maintenance, procedural sedation, triage, and management of multisystem organ dysfunction.
