Candidate must possess solid business, financial, and data acumen combined with strong analytical skills and a strategic view of marketing and performance metrics to uncover insights and drive advanced decision-making. The Business Analyst will be an in-office position that will assist in overseeing a fast-paced office, managing and collaborating with the marketing staff on multiple projects with overlapping deadlines, serve as liaison to the Visit Grand Junction Advisory Board of Directors, and manage assigned staff. The City offers a 10-step pay plan. The hiring range for a Business Analyst is $6,156.68 - $6,929.73 per month, which represents steps 1 to 5 of the pay plan.
