The Contracts Manager serves as the primary contracts interface with the DOE client contracting officer, legal counsel, subcontractors, and project leadership, and is accountable for contract performance, risk mitigation, and the integrity of all contractual and procurement activities at the site. Oversee the full subcontract lifecycle including solicitation, award, administration, and closeout of subcontracts and purchase orders; ensure all subcontracting activities comply with FAR/DEAR flow-down requirements, small business goals, and QGS procurement policies.
