Conduct labor rate forecasting and analysis, evaluate workforce and compensation trends, develop rate projections, monitor actual performance against forecasts, recommend rate adjustments, and support wage pool planning activities throughout the fiscal year to facilitate effective financial planning, budgeting, cost management, and compliance with applicable requirements. Led by the Chief Financial Officer, Brookhaven’s Business Services Directorate includes the Budget Office, Fiscal Services Division, Procurement & Property Management Division, Chief Financial Office, Digital Transformation Office, and the Business Operations Offices.
