The analyst will coordinate and support a wide range of project activities, including requirements elicitation and management, scope tracking, schedule and milestone coordination, risk and issue management support, and preparation of project documentation and status reporting. In this role, the Project Business Analyst will partner closely with the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services (HFS), the project leadership, and other program stakeholders to support successful project execution across all phases of the system modernization lifecycle.
