The Senior Business Systems Analyst - Warehouse Technology leads the optimization and management of key warehouse systems that support our new distribution facility in Merrillville, IN. Our 400,000 square foot facility uses state-of-the art technology while minimizing our carbon footprint and serves as one of our global shipping hubs responsible for meeting the demand of our customers internationally. In this role, you'll serve as the technical owner of our central warehouse control systems (WMS, WCS, WES) ensuring system configuration, automation, and processes are aligned to improve throughput, accuracy, and productivity. Acting as the link between IT, Supply Chain, and third-party systems integrators you'll enable smart, scalable warehouse operations through technology deployment and integration. What You Will Do<ul><li>System Integration: Ensure seamless communication across automated equipment, warehouse systems (WMS, WCS, WES), and ERP platforms to support seamless operations.</li><li>Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve connectivity, control, and integration issues during commissioning and live operations.</li><li>Deployment & Commissioning: Execute on-site deployment activities using project plans, checklists, and tracking tools.</li><li>Collaboration: Partner with site teams, integrators, and engineering leaders to deliver successful, on-time implementations.</li><li>Technology Ownership: Manage WMS/WES configurations, support upgrades and testing, and lead root cause analysis for system issues.</li><li>Change Management & Governance: Maintain documentation and standards, prioritize enhancements, support testing and go-live, and train key users and operations leaders.</li></ul>What You Will Bring<ul><li>Bachelor's degree required or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree. </li><li>4-7 years' experience in controls integration, automation, or deployment roles in industrial or automated warehouse settings. </li><li>Hands-on experience with systems integration (not software or PLC development) in live production (brownfield) environments.</li><li>Proficiency with WES control and project management tools.</li><li>Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across machines, networks, and control systems.</li><li>Techno-Functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud WMS, ERP.</li><li>Exposure to WES/WCS-driven Goods-to-Person picking and conveyor platforms.</li><li>Strong understanding of warehouse process design and execution.</li><li>Experience in writing complex SQL queries, creating web reports, and data models within a SaaS ERP/WMS environment.</li><li>Preferred Experience:<ul><li>Experience simplifying restrictive lot/QC configurations</li><li>Knowledge of integration architecture and data flows</li><li>Lean / Six Sigma certification</li><li>Multi-site implementation experience</li></ul></li></ul>What We Can Offer You<ul><li>Competitive Pay & Benefits: Enjoy a robust Total Rewards Program that includes health, financial benefits, and more. </li><li>Work-Life Balance: Flexible work options to help you achieve the perfect work-life balance. Independent Physician Association (IPA) Full-Time | Incentive-Based CompensationWe are seeking a dynamic, driven, and relationship-focused professional to join our team as a Provider Relations & Account Manager. This individual will serve as the primary liaison between our IPA and the provider community, with a dual focus on strengthening existing relationships and driving strategic network growth.The ideal candidate is proactive, personable, and highly motivated—someone who thrives in the field, builds trust quickly, and consistently delivers measurable results. This role is essential in ensuring provider satisfaction while expanding and enhancing our IPA network.Our partnership with Physicians Accountable Care Trust (PACT) was founded in 2019 by Dr. Luis Salazar, Consuelo Salazar and Chris Zaenger with a mission to protect and preserve physician independence and create greater transparency. Their addition to PACT marks an exciting new chapter as we prepare for a strong launch in the second half of 2025 and a solid 2026 marked by enhanced payer agreements, network growth, and expanded opportunities for independent practices.Key ResponsibilitiesProvider Relations & Account Management· Build, strengthen, and maintain relationships with existing IPA providers through regular on-site visits and ongoing communication.· Understand provider needs, operational challenges, and practice dynamics to resolve concerns promptly and professionally.· Serve as the primary point of contact for provider inquiries, onboarding support, and ongoing engagement.Network Development & Growth· Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to recruit new physicians and medical groups into the IPA.· Conduct daily outreach, including a required number of cold calls and outbound contacts, to identify prospective providers.· Represent the IPA at conferences, trade shows, community events, and professional gatherings to expand visibility and build strong partnerships.· Conduct market research to identify high-value targets, referral patterns, and competitive opportunities for network growth.Onboarding, Credentialing & Compliance· Secure all necessary onboarding documents and provider information required for IPA enrollment.· Coordinate with credentialing teams to collect, verify, and submit required documentation to ensure timely provider activation.· Track onboarding progress and maintain organized records for all prospective and newly contracted providers.Marketing & Communications· Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies that support membership growth and provider engagement.· Create and support development of marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, digital content, and outreach materials.· Utilize various marketing platforms—social media, email campaigns, digital outreach—to increase brand presence in the provider community.Operational Excellence· Work independently, with full ownership of assigned territories, growth goals, and provider accounts.· Maintain weekly activity logs, pipeline reports, and outreach metrics to track progress againstperformance expectations.· Always represent the IPA professionally and uphold the organization’s values and reputation.Qualifications & Requirements· Proven experience in sales, account management, provider relations, or marketing, preferably within the healthcare industry.· Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, network expansion goals, or similar membership-based growth objectives.· Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage physicians, practice managers, and key stakeholders.· Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative in identifying growth opportunities.· Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.· Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM platforms, email marketing systems, and social media outreach.· Professional demeanor with consistent ability to represent the organization with credibility and integrity.· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred OR proven sales and account management experience.Compensation and Benefits:· Paid Time Off: 15 days accrued per calendar year.· Absent state sick time laws, no paid or unpaid PTO will be approved prior to 90 days of employment.· Sick Leave Policy, all full-time employees begin accruing sick leave immediately and my use it as it is accrued. Employees can accrue a maximum of 48 hours per year. Unused hours can roll from year to year, capped at a maximum of 80 hours. Once this cap is reached, no additional hours will be accrued until the total falls below the threshold.· Holidays: 7 days: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Day*Benefits: Meta Care will pay 90% of “single” medical premium should you choose to opt in.· Dental and Vision Insurance is available.
