The ideal candidate has progressed beyond individual project management into broader operational leadership , with a strong background in self-performed electrical construction, project financial management, field operations, and multi-project oversight. The Project Director will oversee electrical execution from estimating and preconstruction through installation, commissioning, and closeout , while providing leadership to Electrical Project Managers, Superintendents, General Foremen, and self-perform electrical teams.
