Works across Transmission Field Services, Operations, Projects (In-Service and As-builts), to improve processes and supporting systems for asset management and field work execution including capture of conditions against assets, auto-generation of workorders based on conditions.This role reports to the VP, Transmission Center of Excellence, this role will lead cross-functional efforts to identify process improvement opportunities, establish key performance indicators, implement innovative solutions, and enhance organizational effectiveness. Consolidates requirements from FAC-008 and Wildfire Mitigation Plans and translates into end-to-end process, data and system enhancements to facilitate adherence. Major Job Activities- Job DescriptionPerforms financial planning, analysis and reporting to ensure adequate contract funding and company financial goals are met. These include, but are not limited to -<ul><li>Prepares and submits proposals for over and above contract line items.</li><li>Requests funding authorization from the ACO to perform Over & Above and Premium work when required.</li><li>Monitor, evaluate, analyze and control all business financials, code invoices for payment, request and manage charge numbers as needed for the site.</li><li>Projects and tracks monthly and annual costs to budget..</li><li>Serves as a point of contact with government representatives regarding funding and the approval of invoices and incentive payments.</li><li>Run labor reports in SAP, verify time logged on Maintenance Action Forms (MAFs) as verified in NALCOMIS, initiate labor corrections, and prepare backup documentation for billing documents.</li><li>Serves as the point of contact on all financial related matters for the site.</li><li>Provides timely and accurate execution of billing documents.</li><li>May assist company headquarters with the preparation of monthly Contract Funds Status Report for each contract fiscal year, and notification to the government of current or projected shortfalls or excesses.</li><li>Reviews incoming and outgoing official contract correspondence for cost impact.</li><li>Issues goods received reports and approves invoices for payment upon completion.</li><li>Maintains local petty cash fund and travelers checks in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
