This role is ideal for a likable, positive, high-energy self-starter who is eager to grow professionally and make a meaningful impact. Base salary range from $80,000+ depending on experience. This role will act as the primary Human Resources contact responsible for Employee Relations, Recruiting, Training, Safety and HR Business Partner duties at the Statesville, NC facility and support Corporate HR projects as directed. Provides Employee Relations expertise and guidance in manufacturing environments; handles employee questions, investigates issues, and recommends and tracks coaching and discipline.

POSITION SUMMARY: Ensures alignment of business and HR strategies with service delivery. This role will provide solutions related to employee relations matters and strategic HR business needs in partnership with the manufacturing facilities.
