Qualifications:

Business or Healthcare Administration or Organizational Development equivalent.</p><p style="margin:0px"> </p><p style="margin:0px"><strong>Minimum Experience:</strong></p><p style="margin:0px">Minimum of eight years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources, preferably in a large, matrixed environment. Previous experience leading a team preferred. Proven ability to influence and partner with leaders and/or executives. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking expertise.
