Position Overview: We are seeking a highly accomplished and strategic Senior Business Development Manager with a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), transition management, and business expansion. This individual will play a key role in identifying, evaluating, and executing acquisition opportunities, while ensuring the seamless integration of newly acquired practices into existing operations. The role involves coordinating due diligence activities, supporting the onboarding and transition of acquired entities, and aligning operational workflows with company standards and best practices. Additionally, this position will actively support the organization’s expansion across the country by contributing to client acquisition efforts, building strong relationships with potential partners, and identifying new growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will drive performance improvement initiatives and streamline operational processes to enable scalable, efficient, and sustainable growth.
