Responsibilities include developing bid packages, calculating project costs, selecting suppliers and subcontractors, procuring materials and services, interpreting project plans and specifications, scheduling construction activities, monitoring costs and project performance, providing project oversight, coordinating with field personnel, and helping ensure successful project completion and closeout. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience managing self-perform heavy civil and/or marine construction projects and must be comfortable working closely with Superintendents, Foremen, craft personnel, engineers, clients, suppliers, and other project stakeholders in both field and office environments.
