About Us: PHMC, a leading nonprofit public health institute, has partnered with several Philadelphia schools, including John Bartram High School, Martin Luther King High School, and the Boys Latin School of Philadelphia (HS), to support our LYFT After-School and Summer Out-of-School Time (OST) Program. They engage up to 15 youth to plan and implement student-driven, project-based activities that incorporate relevant academic content and build 21st Century Skills, such as teamwork, collaboration, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
