As an Assistant Meat Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:<ul><li>Maintaining positive customer and employee relations</li><li>Organization of daily Meat Dept. duties</li><li>Training and supervision of Meat Dept. employees</li><li>Logging/processing invoices and taking inventory</li><li>Expense control</li><li>General housekeeping duties to keep the Meat Dept. orderly</li><li>Enforcement of company policies, including safe working practices</li></ul> QUALIFICATIONS The ideal candidate will have meat cutting & management experience.
