The position works closely with Engineering, Project Management, Legal, Inspection, Expediting, Logistics, Supplier Qualification, and suppliers to execute procurement activities throughout the procurement lifecycle, from bid preparation and supplier negotiations through purchase order award and closeout. This role implements project procurement strategies and sourcing activities that support project objectives related to budget, schedule, quality, cost, and risk management.
