Under the general direction of Director, Pharmacy, works with the pharmacy inpatient buyer and provides drug buying support for Kadlec owned outpatient clinics: Remains responsible for working with clinic staff to monitor medication stock levels, execute purchase orders, maintain compliance with 340B/WAC purchasing for 340B child sites and usual buying practices for non-340B clinics; Assists with pharmacy information system maintenance activities; Organizes purchase invoices and initiates payment for completed purchases; Other administrative clerical tasks may be assigned to this position at the Pharmacy Director's discretion. Kadlec is the home to a growing open-heart surgery and interventional cardiology program, the region's only level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, a world-class all digital outpatient imaging center as well as a number of other innovative services and programs.
