A day in the life of a Manager, Structural Heart and Cardiac Surgery at Hackensack Meridian Health includes: Manages team responsible for patient''s non-clinical experience including telephone communications, patient scheduling, patient reception, patient check-in and check-out, pre-certifications, referrals, and patient medical record keeping at several network sites. This position will manage administrative, clerical, scheduling coordinators and medical assistant staff, assuring the office runs efficiently, delegating responsibilities, and problem solving, to support the Structural and Congenital Heart Center and Cardiothoracic surgery teams in the Heart and Vascular Hospital.
