Maintain patient privacy in accordance with HIPAA.Perform and maintain autoclave protocols (i.e. weekly maintenance, monthly spore testing, and log of each cycle.)While rooming the patient, the MA will ask the patient for any completed forms given to them by the Front Office (i.e. Asthma Control Test, SHA, SOGI, etc.) Review daily Quality huddle report and administer missing patient metrics at time of visit. The MA provides nursing assistance to multi-specialty LCH clinical providers including, but not limited to, administration of injections, assisting with procedures, taking vital signs, vision and hearing tests, patient education, and necessary EHR chart work.
