The ability to provide on-call nursing services, which includes: responding to calls within 15 minutes, completing crisis health assessments (as needed) within 24 hours of admission, completing health assessments for IRTS (as needed) within 72 hours of admission, and coming on-site to assess recipient needs within 2 hours if situations arise that require it.
