As a PSR Specialist you will do the hands-on skills work: teaching, modeling, and practicing the daily living, social, coping, symptom-management, and community-integration skills named in the client's treatment plan — in the office, in the community, and wherever the skill actually has to work. As a Case Manager (Targeted Case Management) you will help adults and youth with serious mental illness, co-occurring substance use, or developmental disabilities get to the things that actually change a life — medical and behavioral health care, housing, benefits, employment, education, and natural supports.
