Come join the Qualicare family and let us help build your future in healthcare!     Job Summary  The Caregiver is a member of the home care team who works under the supervision of the Care Coordinator and performs various personal care services as necessary to meet the client’s needs.    Responsibilities  <ul><li>Assistance with personal care and hygiene</li><li>Meal Preparation</li><li>Light Housekeeping</li><li>Accompany clients on outings</li><li>Shopping and errands</li><li>Medication Assist/ Reminders</li><li>Ambulation and transporting of clients</li><li>Provide companionship to clients</li><li>Ability to follow care-plan</li><li>Documentation/Charting</li></ul>Qualifications <ul><li>Have Certified Care Aide Certificate or equivalent (preferable).
