What You'll Do (Your Impact) You will help rebuild homes, restore businesses, and bring peace back to families who need it most. Your daily work may include: <ul><li>Carpentry, framing, drywall, trim, and finish work </li><li>Light to moderate demolition </li><li>Water, fire, smoke, and mold restoration tasks </li><li>Working with hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment </li><li>Reading blueprints, taking direction, and working independently </li><li>Supporting superintendents, project managers, and fellow craftsmen </li><li>Maintaining safe, clean, organized jobsites </li><li>Delivering professional, high-quality work our clients can trust </li></ul>Every day, you'll see the impact of your skill—and the difference your character makes.
