This role requires expertise in both residential and commercial carpentry projects, including framing, trim work, cabinetry, and furniture building. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of carpentry techniques and be able to work efficiently and independently while maintaining the highest level of craftsmanship.
Job Scope to Include any or all of the following for Commercial and/or Residential Projects: • Start to Finish Carpentry • Metal Studs • Framing • Rough Builds • Trim Work (molding, installing cabinets, doors, windows, etc.) • Drywall. Remodel Requirements: Previous Carpentry Experience Tools for the Trade Proper PPE must be worn OSHA 10 is Preferred JLA badge is preferred; ability to obtain may be required.
Intermediate Development objectives include; 1) expanding capability from residential to commercial and multi-family projects; (2) competence leaded and self-performing emergency services (3) increased material knowledge and proficiency with various carpentry subsets of framing, cabinetry, trim, etc. Apply learned skills and materials knowledge relative to Trim, Doors, Cabinetry, Insulation, Rough Framing, acoustical Ceilings, Roofing materials, and Exterior Siding to daily tasks.
