Time will be split between performing construction tasks with an emphasis on finish work (drywall, painting, acoustic ceilings, trim carpentry, framing, etc.) and emergency restoration response (water extraction, containment, selective demolition, etc.). • Lead and execute high-end finish carpentry installations including crown molding, base, casings, custom cabinetry, built-ins, stair treads/rails and architectural millwork.

The Carpenter''s responsibilities include using a number of tools to install and service carpentry to include doors, windows, decks, and any other applicable wood, observing companysafety guidelines, documenting each project and updating client records, being familiar with local code, and training other team members. This role requires expertise in both residential and commercial carpentry projects, including framing, trim work, cabinetry, and furniture building. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of carpentry techniques and be able to work efficiently and independently while maintaining the highest level of craftsmanship.

p>BRIEF DESCRIPTION:

The Carpenter - Skilled Tradesman is an experienced and trainable laborer skilled in carpentry in multiple areas of residential and commercial rebuilding, with a demonstrated track record in insurance restoration work. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers to handle material, talk and hear.

Job Scope to Include any or all of the following for Commercial and/or Residential Projects: • Start to Finish Carpentry • Metal Studs • Framing • Rough Builds • Trim Work (molding, installing cabinets, doors, windows, etc.) • Drywall. Remodel Requirements: Previous Carpentry Experience Tools for the Trade Proper PPE must be worn OSHA 10 is Preferred JLA badge is preferred; ability to obtain may be required.

Intermediate Development objectives include; 1) expanding capability from residential to commercial and multi-family projects; (2) competence leaded and self-performing emergency services (3) increased material knowledge and proficiency with various carpentry subsets of framing, cabinetry, trim, etc. Apply learned skills and materials knowledge relative to Trim, Doors, Cabinetry, Insulation, Rough Framing, acoustical Ceilings, Roofing materials, and Exterior Siding to daily tasks.
