3+ years of hands-on trim or finish carpentry experience (required) Strong miter cutting, coping, and scribing skills Familiarity with tools used in trim and finish work (miter saw, nail gun, router, hand tools) Valid driver's license Ability to work independently and as part of a small team Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship Excellent communication and professionalism on client job sites Ability to lift and carry materials and perform physical tasks as needed. Install trim, casing, molding, and finish details on custom closet systems in clients' homes and businesses Ensure tight, clean fits scribing to walls, ceilings, and floors as needed Provide professional, courteous service throughout the installation process Maintain a safe and organized work environment on every job site Collaborate with the lead installer to ensure timely, high-quality project completion Follow company policies and procedures related to installation and customer service.
