We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Punch List Carpenter to join our team. This role focuses on completing final-stage construction tasks on commercial and large residential projects. The ideal candidate takes pride in delivering high-quality finishing work and ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards before turnover.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li> Complete punch list items on commercial and large residential construction projects </li><li> Perform touch-up and finish work including: </li><li><ul><li> Paint touch-ups and minor repainting </li><li> Drywall patching, repair, and texture matching </li><li> Cabinetry adjustments and repairs </li><li> Trim installation and repairs </li><li> Door and hardware adjustments </li><li> Basic carpentry modifications and corrections </li></ul></li><li> Identify deficiencies and proactively address quality issues </li><li> Maintain a clean and safe work environment </li><li> Coordinate with project managers and superintendents to ensure timely completion of tasks </li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li> 4+ years of carpentry or finish carpentry experience (commercial or large scale, multi family residential preferred). </li><li> Strong knowledge of construction finishing processes </li><li> Ability to complete detailed work with minimal supervision </li><li> Skilled in paint, drywall repair, cabinetry adjustments, and trim work </li><li> Ability to read punch lists and follow project specifications </li><li> Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail </li></ul>RequirementsRequirements:<ul><li> Must provide own tools appropriate for finish carpentry and punch work </li><li> Must have full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) </li><li> Reliable transportation </li><li> Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders as needed</li></ul>
