The ideal candidate would be self-motivated to exceed daily and monthly goals, possess strong negotiation skills, and possess strong phone, email and verbal communication skills as well as proficient in Microsoft Office/Outlook and Google Chrome. This includes but is not limited to negotiating rates, booking trucks on available loads, tracking load progress and communicating load updates with our sales and customer service teams.
