Nylen Cancer Center  For 30 years the June E. Nylen Cancer Center has been leading the region in comprehensive cancer and hematology care. The years have been marked by collaboration, change, and growth.Our physicians and staff feel it is a privilege to provide the highest quality, compassionate care through prevention, treatment, and research in Siouxland. Last year we cared for about 5,500 patients who had more than 41,000 visits to our facility. Each day about 150 patients come to our center for hope and healing.We pursue safety and excellence in order to improve outcomes for our patients by creating an environment which supports collaboration, mutual trust, and authentic communication.Altogether, providers and a staff of more than 100 professionals work together to not just treat cancer, but to treat each person who comes to our center. Through coordinated teamwork, we personalize the care of patients and treat everyone with dignity to ensure the best experience possible. <ul><li>Established team of (3) Medical Oncologists, (2) Radiation Oncologists, (2) APPs</li><li>Cohesive group of colleagues and supportive staff allowing for autonomy while building the practice according to your preferences</li><li>Experienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical who know the patients and the community consisting of: RN Navigators, Social Worker, Case Managers,  Referral Speciaists and more</li><li>Comprehensive onsite services in one location to include: Hem/Onc, Rad/Onc Clinics, and Infusion Center</li></ul>

Responsibilities:
<ul><li style="margin-bottom:8pt">Average of 20 patients per day; no nights, weekends, or holidays</li><li style="margin-bottom:8pt">4 day work week </li><li style="margin-bottom:8pt">Clinic hours M-F 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.</li><li style="margin-bottom:8pt">No call</li><li style="margin-bottom:8pt">Outpatient practice </li><li style="margin-bottom:8pt">Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve</li><li style="margin-bottom:8pt">Evaluates, interprets and coordinates information to make decisions and recommendations regarding patient care</li><li style="margin-bottom:8pt">Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment</li><li style="margin-bottom:8pt">Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and problem-solving skills</li></ul>

Qualifications:
