THE DAY-TO-DAY: • Perform a variety of frontline transactions, including chip bank, poker, cage credit, employee bank/window transactions, and the cashing of all check types for guests, within specified guidelines • Redeem chips, tokens, TITO (ticket in/ticket out), Race and Sports tickets, and all acceptable types of foreign currency for casino guests • Conduct Marker and Front Money transactions on patron accounts • Assist Casino Guests by providing general information as needed • Perform functions in a marker/IOU bank as well as High Limit cage • Service patron Kiosk/TRU units as needed, along with employee Recycler/JetSafe units • Secure and document all recordable transactions made with company assets • Complete electronic multiple transaction logs accurately, complete transaction logs manually, as necessary • Issue or surrender safety deposit boxes.
