JOB SUMMARY/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The Clinical Dental Assistant provides chairside assistance, clinical and laboratory support, patient care coordination, and facilities maintenance for the Tri-Clinic dental programs, including the Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD), Faculty Practice (UDP), and Special Care/VA clinics. Responsibilities include chair-side assisting, nitrous oxide monitoring, infection control, inventory management, patient care support, and assisting with administrative and clinical functions to ensure efficient clinic operations.
