This role is ideal for someone who can do more than basic technician work, someone who can troubleshoot independently, improve systems, support PLC and vision programming, build panels, create wiring diagrams, and work closely with engineering to develop and upgrade automated equipment. The right candidate should be comfortable working directly on machines, solving problems on the floor, and contributing ideas like an engineer while staying hands-on with wiring, sensors, PLCs, cameras, actuators, and automation systems.
