Create and build strategic referral networks and partnerships focused on lead generation and new partnership opportunities Proactively identify and resolve emerging issues and offer solutions by working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal and Finance Collaborate with Partner Marketing to innovate and execute unique initiatives to promote partner sales (e.g, educational events, email, webinars, etc.). Compensation - At Human Interest, we consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate pay range for each position, including the cost of labor in different markets across the U.S. The total On Target Earnings (OTE) for the role described in this job posting is $140,000 to $150,000 which includes a base salary of $80,000 to $90,000, and a variable target compensation of $60,000.
